Balancing the Human Side of Redundancy

26 November @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm GMT

While there are clear rules on how to conduct a redundancy process, what you aren’t given is a guide on is how to handle the human side.  It can be a difficult and often emotive process for everyone involved, especially at a time of such uncertainty.

Throughout the course of a business lifetime, there will be numerous milestones that we would expect any organisation to hit. However, COVID-19 has undoubtedly moved the goalposts and emphasised challenges and opportunities. Regardless of structure or size, many are facing difficulties to operations as we continue to navigate through this pandemic, including having to make redundancies.
Be Business Fit and top 100 UK law firm, Hugh James, have partnered together to bring you a succinct and interactive session aimed at business leaders and HR professionals.

Our next event scheduled for Thursday 26th November is not about how to conduct redundancies, but instead we’ll get you thinking more about the bigger picture and the things to consider to ensure that your process is credible and respectful, with Louise Price from Hugh James on hand to answer any legal questions you may have and to share any recent case studies.

We look forward to meeting you!
